Do manufacturers/medical devices providers need to disclose the ToVs of their distributors and agents? does it change if they are exclusive or not and or if the manufacturer only distributes through those or through a hybrid model? If Distributors/Agents need to disclose, do they disclose the ToVs in their names or in the name of their principal?
